3. Extrusion device could be adjusted in four directions: forward/backward, upward/downward. Change molds more easily and faster. The blow nozzle could be adjusted in six directions: forward/backward, upward/downward, and night/left.
4. It adopts the MISUBISHI PLC control system, which is made in Japan. The hydraulic is YUKEN, oil pump is DENISON, which is made in U.S.A.temperature controller is OMRON brand.
5. The thickness control system is selectable, which adopts MOOG30 point hydraulic servo system.

Taiwan Jinqi solenoid valve, Japanese SMC pneumatic components and high frequency wear-resistant cylinder are selected for stable operation and long service life.
Mitsubishi human-machine interface is adopted, and all parameters can be set, modified and retrieved visually. Equipped with mitsubishi plc control system, the system runs stably and accurately.
